Their Story: Cosette is a 9 year old mare who was rescued from a feedlot in Colorado in 2015 when she was two and a half months. She was sick and orphaned (hence her name) and her development was delayed for a while. She however turned out to be a beautiful spirited mare and it is hard to believe her transformation. She was lucky to grow up in a herd as it has given her much confidence. She is always happy and loves people of all ages (you cannot walk through the dirt lot without her coming to say hi). Due to her extra sweet personality, Cosette is often a favorite with clients and volunteers.
